[Par-reg] For Rosh Ha'shana - shiur on Malchiot

The attached shiur is dedicated in memory of my dear
friend Dr. Sam Schatten
from Atlanta, Georgia who passed away on Shabbat, after
a two
year valiant struggle with cancer.
	As his entire life was a sanctification of God's
Name,  may his memory
be a merit for all of Am Yisrael - as we stand before
God in judgment this Rosh ha'Shana.
